Join Sommelier Peter Marcy alongside Chefs Chase Williams and Zack Ehrlich for an immersive communal experience in the brand new tasting room, featuring a 14 seat open kitchen overlooking the Willamette Valley. Interact with the chefs while they prepare and serve each course in a deeply personal encounter. Our sommeliers are your guides, serving your wine pairings and moving you through this unforgettable evening.
